Full Body Avatars

In what environments does a body improve chatbot interactions (and when is a body actually required?)

Opening up an interaction with a full body view establishes mutual trust. After all, in most interactions, we deal with a person, not a person’s head!  Most providers of digital humans are limited in how they can present their avatars - the same old talking head in front of a static background in poor lighting conditions. We have discovered that by adding a setting and full-body / upper body animation, that the customer experience is vastly richer. Our Digital Human experiences go beyond the ‘digital employee’, enabling brands to unlock a spokesperson, an ambassador, or guide.

What are the advantages of a full body avatar VS just the avatar's head?

While a talking head has become standard for most AI-powered avatars, Quantum Capture offers full-body Digital Humans. While close-up interactions with an avatar’s head can show off a high level of detail, the level of detail is not the key to successful interactions. Most of our real-life interactions with humans in the real world are not extreme close ups with a person’s head, so why should our interactions with Digital Humans be any different?
